We would like to inform you that, according to the Driving License (Amending) Law of 2023, as of 1 January 2026, holders of a learner motorcycle driving license in categories AM, A1, A2, and A, will be prohibited from driving a motor vehicle of the aforementioned categories on any road or other public place unless:
A. The vehicle is being driven for the purposes of training the learner driver and is additionally supervised or followed by a licensed instructor for the specific categories.
B. The vehicle is being driven during an examination for the purpose of obtaining a certificate of competence.
C. The vehicle is being driven as part of officially assigned training by the Police, the Fire Service, or the National Guard.
As a result, all learner license holders must replace their learner license with a full driving license by 31/12/2025.
